Mizon Cicaluronic Bubble Toner instantly soothes and deeply hydrates the skin. Micro bubbles penetrate deep into the skin, saturating it with moisture and many beneficial natural ingredients. The toner covers the skin with a moisture-retaining film that protects against moisture loss for a long time. Weakly acidic toner does not violate the microflora of the epidermis, does not tighten or dry out the skin. It has a delicate regenerating and anti-inflammatory effect, prevents the formation of acne and comedones. Maintains the natural acid-base balance, saturates with moisture and prevents it from evaporating from the surface of the skin. The toner is ideal for sensitive and problem skin care.
