REJURAN Moisture Treatment Toner is a hydrating and soothing toner designed for dry, sensitive, and dehydrated skin. It helps support the skin barrier, smoother texture, and optimal moisture balance. Its lightweight formula absorbs quickly and prepares the skin for the next steps of the routine without leaving a sticky or heavy finish.

The formula is built around PDRx Complex, a proprietary blend based on c-PDRN®, together with DOT™ c-PDRN technology. These components help care for stressed and sensitive skin, support recovery, and reinforce the skin’s natural protective functions.

The toner contains six important barrier-supporting components: Ceramides, Fatty Acids, Cholesterol, Panthenol, Betaine, and Hyaluronic Acid. This combination helps reduce dryness and flaking, improve skin texture, and maintain hydration for longer.
