Delivery within Chișinău (including MoonGlow stores) is free for orders over 199 MDL. For orders under 199 MDL, the delivery fee is 50 MDL.

Delivery across the Republic of Moldova, outside Chișinău: 75 MDL – for orders up to 450 MDL.

FREE delivery across the Republic of Moldova, outside Chișinău – for orders starting from 450 MDL.

Delivery time in Chișinău is 24–36 hours on working days.

If you need urgent delivery within 2–3 hours in Chișinău, please select the Express Delivery option when placing your order. An additional fee of 100 MDL will be added to the final amount.

If the order is placed during the weekend, on a public holiday, or after 3:00 PM, it will be processed on the next working day.

Important: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or seasonal sales, delivery times may be longer.

Express Delivery (2–3 hours) is available for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on working days!

• Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting Monday.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed from 9:00 AM the next working day.

Payment methods:

1. Online payment – MIA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or bank card (including LiberCard and gama cards);
2. Pick-up at any store – Payment by bank card online, PayPal;
3. To the courier upon delivery – Cash or bank card payment available across the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Discounts are valid only online. Discounts greater than 14% are applied to the initial product price, exclusively online.
