A mattifying primer designed to help control excess sebum and prepare the skin for makeup. SHEGLAM Birthday Skin Oil-Control Primer has a lightweight, creamy texture that helps reduce the appearance of shine and creates a smoother base for foundation application.

The formula combines hydrating and emollient ingredients with components suitable for combination and oily skin. Glycerin and sodium hyaluronate help maintain skin hydration, while green tea and witch hazel extracts complement the formula. The product also contains salicylic acid.

It is especially suitable for the T-zone and skin that tends to become shiny throughout the day. The primer can be applied all over the face or only to areas prone to excess sebum before foundation.

Active ingredients:

Glycerin – a humectant that helps maintain skin hydration and comfort.
Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate, Tocopherol) – an antioxidant that helps protect the skin from oxidative stress and supports a smooth, well-cared-for appearance.
Rosa Centifolia Oil – an emollient ingredient that helps support skin comfort and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.
Butylene Glycol – a humectant that helps maintain the skin’s moisture level.

In addition, dimethicone and other silicone polymers play an important role in the primer’s performance: they visually smooth the skin’s texture, blur the appearance of pores, and create an even surface for makeup application.

Suitable for: oily and combination skin, excess sebum, and unwanted shine.

How to use: apply a small amount to clean, moisturized skin before makeup. Distribute evenly, focusing on areas prone to excess shine, then follow with foundation.
