Multivitamins & Minerals One Daily, 120 capsules is a comprehensive food supplement designed to complement the daily intake of essential vitamins and minerals. The formula combines 12 vitamins and 8 minerals, together with carotenoids, grape seed extract and BioPerine®, in just one capsule per day.

The complex provides vitamins A, C, D3, E and B-group vitamins, as well as minerals and trace elements including zinc, selenium, iodine, copper, manganese, chromium and molybdenum. The formula is also enriched with lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin and proanthocyanidins from grape seed extract.

Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc, copper and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
